"Pulte used the wrong adhesive to secure our hardwood floors to the concrete slab--no sub flooring or the wrong kind of adhesive. We've called them to repair dozens of times, but they drill holes in the floor and put more adhesive in the holes between the flooring and the concrete. Result--holes in the floor but still makes popping noise. We got frustrated, and stopped calling. It's useless."

"The customer service people are very rude it seems they will not help us. We are retired and this home is our only investment. We were told that the floor problem is a maintenance issue like an air conditioner or appliance etc. This is very stressful ,and not sure what to do anymore. Houses with this problem have been repaired in the past 2 years."

"Seems to me that they were in such a hurry to build the house they did not take the time as others builders do to make sure that what you get is quality. We have lived in other builders homes that were not as big or upgraded but had a solid built were we had no problems at all. Quality should be before quantity. As a multi-million dollar company they should warranty drywall, electrical, plumbing longer then two years. We had to get an outside warranty because we are concerned about what else could go wrong with the house."
