"Well, its my first time posting, and let me just say, that my mom is the not so proud owner of a poorly built home by pulte/centex. My mom bought a home in the Lake Providence Del-Webb community in Mt. Juliet, TN. I have taken several videos and posted them on youtube showing the various construction defects. Here is a link... Check them out, comment, and let me know what you think. By the way, im no professional when it comes to making these videos so if its shaky, or I tend to ramble a bit, just bear with me. Perhaps I expected a bit too much, but when you build a cookie-cutter style home, I expect it to be done right, and without flaws. Afterall, my friends 4 year old is capable of baking perfect cookies with a cookie cutter, why should a bunch of professional home builders be any worse? And why, since the house was bought in june 2009 have the problems still not been fixed to this day?"
